Customer Surveys

In ThinkOwl, you can calculate and track Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) using a normalized rating scale. Each survey supports multiple channels – such as chat, email, and social media – along with various rating scales and multilingual options through translation.

Customer Portal
The customer portal is a fully customizable customer portal that can be designed entirely in your own branding.
Here, the knowledge base is made accessible to customers and other external groups, and there is the option of a login area for customers. Requests can be created and viewed via the portal, and documents will soon be able to be delivered digitally as well. Thinkowl Conversations (intelligent forms) can also be started here, and customers can find all of the company's services.
Incident Management
In ThinkOwl, you can manage and resolve incidents (complaints) directly in the ticket view. This allows you to process incidents in a structured and efficient manner. You can compare complaints with the corresponding solutions. This enables you to process frequent incidents quickly.
Additional Desk
An additional desk is a completely separate legal entity within the same ThinkOwl account. This allows us to manage legally separate areas within a company in a simple manner that complies with data protection regulations, with separate user and customer management. However, different brands, departments, and similar entities can also be represented across multiple desks.
Light User & Day Pass
With Light Users and the Day Pass, we enable quick access to ThinkOwl for employees who only need to work in ThinkOwl occasionally.
Light Users can only view and comment, but cannot edit. The Day Pass offers the scope of a full license for one day.
