    Chat

    A Chat is an exchange of brief written messages, e.g., between customer-agent or agent-agent. A customer can chat with an agent via the Customer Portal, Facebook messenger, Web chat or other channels. Furthermore, an agent can create a case from any conversation, using the chat transcript. However, collaborating agents communicate internally with each other via ThinkOwl's Message Center.
